Terms:
- Rates are per week/day and include all taxes, levies and surcharges.
- No meals are included.
- Rates include a cleaning person every third day for up to 3 hours a day. Cleaning times are subject to availability from the property manager and will be communicated to the guests upon check-in.
- The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, however, prior bookings will be honored at the reservation rate.
- A minimum stay of four nights is required.
- Unlimited use of our golf membership at the Papagayo Golf & Country Club. A round of golf is $25 per person (Include green fees and cart rental; excludes club rental).
- No smoking allowed in the unit.
- No pets allowed.
Reservation Policies

All Reservations must be pre-paid according to the following policies:
High & Low Season:
- 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation
- 50% Balance: 15 days before arrival date
- Bookings received less than 15 days prior reservation date must be accompanied by full payment.
Christmas, New Year & Easter:
- 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation
- 50% Balance: 30 days before arrival date
- Bookings received less than 30 days prior reservation date must be accompanied by full payment.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be received in writing at our fax number (+1) 416-946-1430 or at the following e-mail address:info@playa-hermosa-beach.com
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date:
- Refund of all funds received less a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival date:
- No refunds.
- However, if we are able to replace your cancelled reservation, then at our sole discretion, we will issue you a voucher that can be used towards future stays. The voucher will be for funds received less a $200 administration fee, and will be valid for one year.
